This event has been permanently cancelled due to the fact that our good neighbors, “Ocean Gate Zen Center” has one of their their meditation events at the same day and time as ours was planned. As I prepared for last month’s meditation, I was aware that the community vibe that I aspire to create…is already here!.

Join me for the Zen style open meditation at Ocean Gate Zen center in our building on Saturdays (I’ll be there on first Saturdays).

Introduction/instruction begins at 8:30 am, and meditation starts at 9:00 am. There is a dharma talk that follows.

The Better Back and Body Shop is open on the first Saturdays from 10:15 to 3:00 on first Saturdays.
